Built entirely in stainless steel this machine is suitable for shaping and selecting small grated pasta, soup pasta, cous-cous.
Operating cycle includes three phases: dough feeding, production shaping and selection.
The shaping centrifuge determines dimensions of the product and is made up of feeding endless screw, knives and interchangeable grid (diameters 6-8-10 mms) which is the same as used for all models. The selection (or sifting) phase separates the final product from the one to be recycled, thus determining actual output of the machine, which decreases the more the machine carries out accurate selection.
Model GR600 can receive up to 600 Kgs dough for output of 400 Kgs per hour approx., and is made up of the following:
